My Story

After years of eating countless fast-food burgers and experimenting with recipes, Ben’s Burgers was built on one simple principle: keep it simple. The perfect burger might not exist, but a really good one does — and that’s what we aim to make every day.

Every burger is made fresh to order and served with American cheese, homemade pickles, onions, and Burger Sauce — all between a buttered bun. It’s the kind of burger that never gets old.

The Trailer

Built to serve a simple menu done right, the trailer is designed around one thing: making great smashburgers fresh off the griddle.

Born on March 6, 2026 — weighing in at 5,000 lbs and measuring 8.5’ x 12’ of burger joy.

It may be small compared to others, but everything inside is built for quality, consistency, and speed.
